BE HAPPY

 

BE HAPPY - Happiness is contagious.  But so is negativity.  Perhaps you have known people who by their very presence exuded negativity and adversely altered the spirit of the entire group.  By the same token, perhaps you have known people who by their very presence exuded happiness and whose presence filled the room with joy.  Wise beyond her years, and writing while in hiding from the Nazis, young Anne Frank was familiar with the group dynamics of several people living secretly in very close quarters.  One happy person could spread happiness to the entire group.
